User Faces Issue with 2012 Service Tax Return Visibility; Advised to Contact Authorities and Provide Proof of Submission A user reported an issue with their service tax return for July to September 2012, which was submitted but not visible in the system. The user received advice from three respondents. One suggested contacting the jurisdictional Central Excise or Service Tax Authorities for assistance. Another recommended taking a screenshot showing the return status as 'FILED' in the e-filing system as proof of submission. The third respondent advised reading an article they wrote on the issue and also suggested contacting the Central Excise Authorities to resolve it. (AI Summary)

You should have to discuss it with the jurisdictional Central Excise Auhtorities or Service Tax Authorities.  They are the concerned person who will help you out.

This issue is there and is yet to be sorted out.

For the timebeing, please keep a photoshot of the screen showing FILED from View XML status in the e-filing screen. That should be a sufficient proof that the return filed has been accepted by the system.

Please read Article written by me on this issue and also kindly take up this issue with your jurisdictional Central Excise Authorities so that a solution can be found
