The General Clauses Act allows for publication in either the Gazette of India or State Gazettes. Authorities are advised to explore state publication options to ensure timely notice dissemination. In urgent cases, notices can be sent for publication in the Extraordinary Gazette of India. The Board requests updates on arrangements for timely publication.
