Ltd., which became a public company after December 29, 1980. The company will now be known as Ambalal Sarabhai Enterprises Ltd. This change should be communicated to all Income Tax Officers under the relevant jurisdiction. This instruction references previous Board Instructions No. 1479 dated August 10, 1982, and corrigendum Instruction No. 1544 dated January 2, 1984.
