of <h1>Registrar of LLPs Named First Appellate Authority u/s 19(1) of RTI Act, 2005 for LLP Matters.</h1> In accordance with Section 19(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has appointed the Registrar of Limited Liability Partnerships as the First Appellate Authority for LLP matters. This designation is effective immediately and will remain in place until further notice. The appointment is formalized by the Under Secretary to the Government of India.
