of <h1>India Allocates 10,000 Metric Tonnes of Sugar for EU Export under CXL Quota for 2010-11 Fiscal Year.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has allocated 10,000 metric tonnes of raw/white sugar for export to the European Union under the CXL Quota for the fiscal year 2010-11. The designated agency for this export is Indian Sugar Exim Corporation Limited, New Delhi. Exports must comply with EU Regulation (EC) No. 891/2009, requiring a certificate of origin from the competent authority. The Export Inspection Agency and Directorate General of Foreign Trade will issue the necessary GSP Certificate, and customs will endorse the EUR Form at the shipment port.
