of <h1>JPDEPC Now Authorized to Issue Export Certificates for Jute Products, Replacing JMDC in Foreign Trade Policy.</h1> The Jute Products Development and Export Promotion Council (JPDEPC) has been included in Appendix 2 of the Handbook of Procedures Vol. I, 2009-2014, under the Foreign Trade Policy. This amendment designates JPDEPC as the authority to issue Registration-Cum-Membership Certificates (RCMC) for exporters of jute and jute products, replacing the Jute Manufacturers Development Council (JMDC). The JPDEPC's registered office is in Kolkata, with regional offices in Noida and Kerala. This change ensures that all jute-related products, including blended and union products, are covered under JPDEPC's jurisdiction. Existing RCMCs issued by JMDC remain valid until expiration.
