Chapter 87 pertains to vehicles other than railway or tramway rolling stock and related parts. The clarification distinguishes these goods from those covered under Chapter 87, which includes 'Special Purpose Vehicles' classified under Code: 8705 as per Policy Circular No. 21 (RE-2007)/2004-09.
