of <h1>Mumbai Customs Commissioner Named Common Adjudicating Authority for DRI Show Cause Notice in Inter-Continental Case.</h1> The Central Board of Excise & Customs, under the Ministry of Finance, has designated the Commissioner of Customs (Import) at Sahar Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai, as the Common Adjudicating Authority for a Show Cause Notice issued by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Ahmedabad. This assignment is made under the authority of Notification No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.) and pertains to a case involving M/s Inter-Continental (India) and others. The decision is documented in Order F.No. 437/140/2009-Cus. IV, dated April 25, 2011, and communicated to relevant officials within the customs and revenue departments.
