of <h1>Commissioner of Customs in New Delhi to Adjudicate Hewlett-Packard Case under Customs Act Section 4.</h1> The Central Board of Excise & Customs has appointed the Commissioner of Customs, ACC (Import & General), New Custom House, New Delhi, as the Common Adjudicating Authority for adjudicating two Show Cause Notices dated 25.5.2010. These notices were issued by the Additional Director General, DRI, Bangalore, concerning a case involving M/s Hewlett-Packard India Sales Pvt. Ltd. and others. This appointment is made under the powers conferred by Notification No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.) as amended, pursuant to section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962.
