This appointment pertains to the Show Cause Notice No. DRI/MZU/E/34/2007, originally issued on October 1, 2008, by the Additional Director General, DRI MZU Mumbai, against M/s Shah Trading & Others. The decision is made under the authority granted by Notification No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.) and is effective as of April 1, 2011.
