They must immediately report such attempts to the Principal Secretary (Home) of the Government of NCT of Delhi. The Principal Secretary will then follow the procedures outlined in a previous order by the Ministry of Home Affairs. Dealers can access the list of designated individuals and entities by submitting a written application to the VATO (Policy) at the Policy Branch of the Department.
