Under Customs Act, 1962.</h1> The Central Board of Excise & Customs, exercising authority under a specific notification of the Customs Act, 1962, has appointed a Common Adjudicating Authority to address a Show Cause Notice issued by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence. This notice, dated June 22, 2010, pertains to M/s. H.R. Products Pvt. Ltd. and other associated parties. The adjudication responsibility has been assigned to the Commissioner of Customs at the Inland Container Depot in Tughlakabad, New Delhi. The order is formalized by the Under Secretary to the Government of India.
