This modification requires a change in the format of notice ITNS 274, which has received approval from the Board. The revised format is enclosed for necessary action and should be communicated to all relevant officers. Local printing of the notice is requested to meet regional needs, and it should be distributed to the concerned Assessing Officers for implementation.
