The funds will support the construction of a 230 KV double circuit transmission line and substations, and the Nam Boun 2 hydropower project. At least 75% of the contract value must involve Indian goods and services, with the remainder sourced internationally. The LOC is effective from November 2, 2010, with specific timelines for credit and disbursement. No agency commission is payable, and banks should inform exporters of the LOC details.
