of <h1>Common Adjudicating Authority Appointed for Kirat International Case per Notification No.15/2002; Customs Act Powers Invoked.</h1> The Central Board of Excise & Customs has appointed a Common Adjudicating Authority for the case involving M/s. Kirat International, New Delhi, and others. Utilizing the authority granted by Notification No.15/2002 (NT), the Board has assigned the adjudication of the Show Cause Notice dated February 5, 2010, to the Commissioner of Customs (Import) at Nava Sheva. This decision was made under the powers of the Customs Act, 1962, and communicated by the Under Secretary to the Government of India. Copies of the order have been distributed to relevant customs and DRI officials for necessary action.
