of <h1>Ministry of Finance Updates Bond Form for Duty Exemption Under Advance License and EPCG Schemes, Condition 1 Revised.</h1> The circular issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Excise & Customs, revises the bond form required for availing duty exemption under the Advance License and EPCG Schemes. The revision pertains to Condition 1 of the bond, which now requires obligors to fulfill all conditions of the relevant notification and comply with its terms. This change is in response to conditions in the EPCG notification that must be met by authorization holders for duty exemption eligibility. A public notice for trade information and a standing order for staff guidance are advised.
