of <h1>DGFT Confirms Validity of SION H-158 for Nylon Nets; Clarifies Omission in Handbook of Procedures Vol. II.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) issued a circular addressing an omission in the Handbook of Procedures, Vol. II, concerning the Standard Input Output Norm (SION) H-158 for 'Nylon filament knitted/knotted nets.' This amendment, originally made by Public Notice No. 104/(RE2008)/2004-09 on 7.11.2008, was not included in the subsequent SION Book published on 23.8.2009. The circular clarifies that this omission does not imply the rescission of the amendment, and SION H-158 remains valid and accessible in the DGFT's application software. Regional Authorities are advised to take note of this clarification.
