Exercising powers under Notification No. 01/2003-Customs (N.T.) from January 3, 2003, pursuant to the Customs Act, 1962, the amendment involves the deletion of entries at serial numbers 37, 51, 52, 69, and 70 from the original order. This change is officially documented by the Under Secretary to the Government of India, effective from October 15, 2010.
