of <h1>Central Excise Commissioner Appointed as Common Adjudicating Authority for Rajita Herbals Case Under Customs Act, 1962.</h1> The Central Board of Excise & Customs, under the Ministry of Finance, has appointed the Commissioner of Central Excise (Adjudication)-I, New Customs House, New Delhi, as the Common Adjudicating Authority. This appointment is for the adjudication of the Show Cause Notice issued by the Additional Director General, DRI (Hqs), New Delhi, concerning M/s Rajita Herbals and others. This action is taken in accordance with the powers granted by the relevant notifications under the Customs Act, 1962.
