of <h1>Handbook of Procedures Amended: Valid Certificates Extended by 12 Months Without Regional Endorsement.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has amended the Handbook of Procedures for the years 2003, 2004, and 2005. Specifically, certificates or scrips valid as of the date of this notice will have their validity extended by 12 months from the notice's issuance date. There is no need for these extensions to be endorsed by the regional authority. These amendments are made under the authority of the Export and Import Policy 2002-07 and Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09, and are issued in the public interest.
