of <h1>Delhi Government Updates DVAT-16 Form, Introduces Annexures 2A & 2B; Submit Hardcopies Until Software is Ready.</h1> The Government of Delhi has updated the DVAT-16 return form and introduced annexures 2A and 2B, as per notifications dated March 17, 2010, and May 7, 2010. While the software for online filing of DVAT-16 is available, the software for annexures 2A and 2B is still under development. Until the software is ready, taxpayers are required to submit hardcopies of annexures 2A and 2B along with the DVAT-16 hardcopy. This directive has been approved by the Commissioner of Trade and Taxes.
