of <h1>Delhi Government Allows Manual Form DVAT-16 Submissions for Feb 2010 Pending DVAT Act 2004 Amendments Approval.</h1> Due to pending approval of amendments to the DVAT Act 2004 and related rules, the Government of Delhi will accept manual submissions of Form DVAT-16 for February 2010. Once the amendments are officially notified, these manually submitted returns will be uploaded into the system. Manual returns can be submitted at the Front Office, KCS, and Special Zone as usual. This directive has been issued with the approval of the Commissioner of Trade and Taxes.
