of <h1>ST-1 Application Requires Attested Documents for Registration: PAN, Address Proof, Applicant Constitution, and Power of Attorney.</h1> For both new registrations and amendments to existing registrations, the ST-1 application on ACES will not be considered received unless accompanied by specific documents. Applicants must submit attested photocopies of the following: PAN card, proof of address, the constitution of the applicant at the time of application, and a power of attorney for the authorized person(s). These documents must be submitted along with a hard copy of the online form signed by the authorized signatory. This requirement follows previous trade notices issued in September 2009.
