of <h1>Factory Stuffed Containers Need Let Export Order for Port Entry from Oct 1, 2009, per Public Notice No. 66/2009.</h1> Port entry for factory stuffed containers will be allowed only after the issuance of the Let Export Order (LEO) starting from October 1, 2009. This update follows the procedures outlined in Public Notice No. 52/2009 dated August 6, 2009. All exporters, customs house agents, and trade members should adhere to these new regulations as communicated by the Commissioner of Customs (Export) at Nhava Sheva in Public Notice No. 66/2009 dated September 14, 2009.
