Delhi Extends DVAT-51 and CST Declaration Forms Deadline to September 30 for Fiscal Year Ending March 31, 2006.

The Commissioner of Value Added Tax in Delhi has extended the deadline for submitting the DVAT-51 reconciliation return and certain Central Sales Tax declaration forms for the third and fourth quarters of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2006. The new submission deadline is September 30, 2006. This extension applies to the reconciliation return in Form DVAT-51 and the original portions of Declaration Forms C, D, E-I or E-II, and F. The order has been communicated to relevant government officials and departments for dissemination and necessary action.
