of <h1>Foreign Trade Policy Update: Status Holders Can Now Get RCMC from FIEIO as per Para 2.63(ii) Amendment.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has amended paragraph 2.63(ii) of the Handbook of Procedure (Vol. I) under the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009. The amendment allows status holders the option to obtain a Registration Cum Membership Certificate (RCMC) from the Federation of Indian Exporters' Organisation (FIEIO). This change is issued in the public interest and is documented under Public Notice No. 16/2009-2014, dated 10th November 2009.
