of <h1>Delhi Extends DVAT-51 and Central Declaration Forms Deadline for Q1 2009-10 to December 31, 2009.</h1> The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has extended the deadline for submitting DVAT-51 forms and Central Declaration Forms for the first quarter of the 2009-10 fiscal year to December 31, 2009. This extension, authorized by the Commissioner of Value Added Tax, applies to specific rules under the Delhi Value Added Tax Rules, 2005, and the Central Sales Tax (Delhi) Rules, 2005. The extension covers the reconciliation return in Form DVAT 51 and the original portions of Declaration Forms 'C', 'EI' or 'E-II', 'F', 'I', 'J', and 'H'.
