<h1>DGFT Allows Firms to Claim VKGUY and FPS/FMS Benefits with Self-Attested Shipping Bills; 2% Cut Applies per Para-2.60 HBP v1.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has issued a policy allowing firms to claim benefits under the VKGUY and FPS/FMS schemes using self-attested copies of Shipping Bills when the original EP copies have been submitted to banks for negotiation. Applicants must provide an affidavit and indemnity bond confirming the submission of original documents to the bank, along with a bank letter verifying this. Additionally, a self-attested photocopy of the Shipping Bill is required. A 2% cut on entitlements will be applied as per the guidelines in Para-2.60 of HBP v1.
