of <h1>Order No. 7 (2009): CESTAT New Delhi updates case listings; Division Benches to handle pending Excise and Customs appeals.</h1> Order No. 7 of 2009, dated August 4, 2009, revises the listing of regular and miscellaneous matters at the Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT) in New Delhi. All miscellaneous matters and petitions in pending Excise appeals from 2006 and Customs appeals will be heard by a Division Bench comprising two members. Other Excise and Service Tax appeals will be listed before a different Division Bench, also comprising two members. This order clarifies the allocation of cases following a previous order, ensuring organized case management.
