of <h1>New Delhi Service Tax Office Updates RTI Officer Designations: Assistant Commissioner Becomes CPIO, Superintendent Now CAPIO.</h1> The Service Tax Commissionerate in New Delhi has issued a trade notice regarding changes in the designation of officers under the RTI Act, 2005. The Assistant Commissioner (P&V) Headquarters has been appointed as the Central Public Information Officer (CPIO) replacing the Superintendent (Vigilance). Additionally, the Superintendent (Technical-II) is now designated as the Central Assistant Public Information Officer (CAPIO). These changes modify the previous office order dated June 12, 2009.
