of <h1>Oriental Bank of Commerce Authorized to Collect Central Excise Duties and Service Tax via E-Payment from August 1, 2009.</h1> The Chief Controller of Accounts, Central Board of Excise and Customs, has authorized Oriental Bank of Commerce to collect Central Excise Duties and Service Tax through e-payment for all Central Excise, Service Tax, and LTU Commissionerates. This authorization is effective from August 1, 2009. Trade associations are requested to widely publicize this information among their members and constituents.
