These include costs for Euro Rail passes, overseas hotel reservations, and consolidated tour arrangements for foreign tourists. Remittances for advertisements on foreign television and payments to overseas TV media companies are also permitted. Additionally, foreign exchange can be used for bids on projects in India, sale of overseas telephone cards, and transactions between Export Oriented Units. Authorized dealers can sell foreign exchange for educational fees to institutions under foreign embassies' control, facilitating international financial transactions.
