of <h1>Government issues comprehensive instruction compilation for Duty Drawback Scheme implementation and distribution to field formations</h1> The Government of India's Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue issued a circular directing the compilation of instructions on the Duty Drawback Scheme. The compilation, prepared by the Central Board of Excise & Customs and current as of October 30, 1994, was formatted as an instruction book for field formations and the exporting community. Recipients were requested to make copies and distribute them among their constituents for information and guidance purposes.
