of <h1>New Circular Sets Export Limits for Sands and Soils to Maldives; CAPEXIL Monitors and Reports Annually and Quarterly.</h1> The circular addresses the export of sands and soils to the Maldives, specifying an annual exemption limit of 100,000 metric tons of stone aggregate and 110,000 metric tons of river sand. The Chemicals and Allied Products Export Promotion Council (CAPEXIL) is tasked with monitoring these exports. CAPEXIL will issue a No Objection Certificate (NOC) annually up to the specified limits and will submit a quarterly report to the Directorate General of Foreign Trade's Policy Cell III on the utilization of these export ceilings.
