<h1>India Sets 100,000 Metric Ton Export Cap on Coarse-Grain for 1998-99; Allocation Split Between PSUs and Private Exporters.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has issued a circular regarding the export of coarse-grain for the licensing year 1998-99. A total export ceiling of 100,000 metric tons has been set, including a previously released 25,000 metric tons. The remaining 75,000 metric tons are allocated as 18,750 metric tons for Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and 56,750 metric tons for private exporters. All other terms and conditions from previous circulars remain unchanged. This circular is distributed to relevant ministries, customs authorities, and export development bodies for compliance and implementation.
