Specific export ceilings are set for ports in Mumbai, Calcutta, Chennai, and New Delhi, totaling 120 MT for manufactured articles and 180 MT for shavings. Export licenses will be issued by regional offices following a defined procedure, including legal procurement certification and pre-shipment inspection. Exporters must declare that products are not derived from poached animals. Licenses are valid until March 31, 1999, with quarterly reporting required.
