of <h1>Foreign Trade Policy 2009-14: New Sub-section Added to Handbook of Procedures; References Key Customs Notifications.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has amended the Handbook of Procedures Vol I under the Foreign Trade Policy 2009-14. Specifically, in paragraph III of Appendix 14-I-H, a new sub-section is added to reference relevant Ministry of Finance notifications for sub-para 6.9(e) of the Foreign Trade Policy. These notifications include No. 106/58-Cus, No. 152/94-Cus, No. 50/96-Cus, No. 39/96-Cus, and No. 84/97-Cus. This amendment is issued in the public interest and is documented in Public Notice No. 06/2009-14 dated September 4, 2009.
