of <h1>Amendment to Policy Circular 77: 15% of Precious Metal Imports Must be Supplied to Exporters by Nominated Agencies.</h1> The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has amended Policy Circular No. 77, dated March 31, 2009, concerning the import guidelines for precious metals by nominated agencies. Specifically, the amendment changes provision 3(c), now requiring that at least 15% of the imports by each entity must be supplied to exporters. This amendment is authorized by the Competent Authority and is communicated to all regional authorities, customs commissioners, and the exporting community.
