of <h1>Foreign Trade Policy Update: 'Discounts' Removed from Paragraph 3.23.11 and ANF3C, 3D, 3E in Handbook Amendments.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade, under the authority of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09, has amended the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1) (RE-2008). Specifically, the phrase 'and discounts, if any' is removed from Paragraph 3.23.11 and the ANF3C, 3D, 3E sections, which were previously modified by Public Notice No. 151(RE-2008)/2004-09 dated 26.02.2009. These changes are implemented in the public interest.
