of <h1>EPCG Authorization Holders Must Submit Export Obligation Reports by August 17, 2009, Per Para 5.9.1 Guidelines.</h1> Attention is drawn to Para 5.9.1 of the Hand Book of Procedure, Vol. I, which mandates that all EPCG authorization holders must submit a report on their fulfillment of export obligations by April 30 each year. It has been noted that most holders have not complied with this requirement for the year 2009. Consequently, all EPCG authorization holders are requested to submit the necessary report by August 17, 2009, to ensure compliance with the specified guidelines.
