Fabrics coated with plastics on both sides should be classified under Chapter 39, as per Note 2(a)(3) of Chapter 59. Heavy coated zinc galvanized steel wire falls under Heading No. 72.13. Synthetic resin bonded glass fiber laminated sheets are classified under Heading No. 70.14. Filter rods made of cellulose acetate, used in sketch pen micro tip pins, are classified under Heading No. 56.01.
