of <h1>Board Eases AR. 4A Form Requirements for I.O.C. Ltd. Supplying Marine Lubricants to Vessels at Minor Ports.</h1> The circular addresses procedural challenges faced by M/s. I.O.C. Ltd. in supplying marine grade lubricants to vessels as ship stores. Due to difficulties in specifying vessel names and quantities at minor ports, the Board advises that the requirement to list destination countries or vessel names on AR. 4A forms should not be enforced. It allows for a single consignment to be divided into parts for multiple vessels, with necessary customs certification for each part. Any unresolved issues with this procedure should be reported to the Board.
