Officers must upload accurate and complete communications through ICEGATE using valid login credentials, proper document categorisation, correct DIN and officer particulars, legible PDFs, and a clear subject or gist, while supervisory officers monitor uploaded communications through dashboard functions for verification, monitoring and record management.
