Applicants are to select 'India Oman CEPA (Agency Issued),' use notified authorised agencies, and obtain an electronic copy with QR code, digital signature, issuing officer's signature image, and agency stamp after approval. Existing DGFT credentials may be used, user profiles should match DSC names, IEC details should be updated, and CoO genuineness may be verified on the Trade Connect verification facility.
