of <h1>Finance Ministry Directs Small Scale Units to Include Clearance Totals on Invoices per Circular No. 22/86-CX.6.</h1> The circular from the Ministry of Finance, dated February 1, 1988, instructs all Collectors of Central Excise to ensure that exempted Small Scale Units include the progressive total of clearance value or quantity on their invoices. This follows the decision made during the West Zone Collectors Conference in October 1987. The Board emphasizes compliance with these instructions, previously outlined in Circular No. 22/86-CX.6, and requests that a Trade notice be issued to inform the relevant parties.
