Supply Chain Resilience mechanisms established to monitor disruptions and coordinate mitigation across ministries and stakeholders.
An Inter-Ministerial Group (IMG) for Supply Chain Resilience under the Department of Commerce will monitor global developments affecting supply chains, assess sector-wise export and critical import vulnerabilities, coordinate among Ministries/Departments, engage stakeholders including Export Promotion Councils, and recommend mitigation measures. DGFT has set up an internal coordination mechanism for real-time tracking and inter-agency coordination; stakeholders may report specific disruptions to the designated DGFT email for consolidation and examination.
