of <h1>Cross recessed screws import consignments Nov 1 2025 to Jan 12 2026 exempt from QCO conformity assessment</h1> Cross Recessed Screws (Quality Control) Order, 2025, originally notified with implementation from 1 November 2025 (with staggered dates for Micro and Small Enterprises), has had oversight for relevant iron and steel HSN chapters transferred from DPIIT to the Ministry of Steel; consequentially, consignments with inward entry dates from 1 November 2025 to 12 January 2026 are expressly exempted from compliance with the Quality Control Order, thereby relieving such imported consignments from mandatory QCO conformity assessment and related procedural enforcement for that specified entry-period.
