of <h1>Exporter requests for container self-sealing with electronic seals move to email-only PDF filing under Circular 13/2017, manual submission dropped.</h1> Exporter applications for self-sealing permission/registration/renewal for container self-sealing using electronic seals must henceforth be submitted by e-mail, with supporting documents as prescribed in Facility Circular 13/2017, to the designated address and in PDF format with appropriately named files, replacing manual physical submission. The designated e-mail facility is restricted to self-sealing requests, and upon verification the granted permission will be issued to the applicant through e-mail, thereby reducing physical interface and the time taken for document submission.
