of <h1>Pending bond and bank guarantee closure requests for Advance Authorization and EPCG, with deficiency memo reply steps and deadline.</h1> Lists pending applications received up to April 2025 for closure/cancellation of Bonds and Bank Guarantees executed for Advance Authorization and EPCG authorisations at ICD Tughlakabad, along with current status/action taken, enabling stakeholders to verify whether their applications are captured. Directs applicants whose cases have been issued a Deficiency Memo to submit replies with requisite supporting documents to the EPM section, or obtain a copy of the memo if not received, so that verification can be completed and Bond/BG closure processed. Invites reporting of discrepancies in the annexed lists or omission of any submitted application to the EPM section; disposal of pending applications is targeted by 30 June 2025.
