of <h1>New warehousing procedures for rectifying ICEGATE Errors 70, 71, 137 and regulating electronic bond-to-bond movements</h1> Public Notice No. 14/2025 issued by the Principal Commissioner of Customs (Import), ICD Tughlakabad, prescribes procedures to rectify warehousing module Errors 70, 71 and 137 affecting electronic bond-to-bond movements and ex-bonding via ICEGATE. All warehouse-to-warehouse movements must henceforth be electronic; manual permissions for into-bond transfers are barred except in exigency with written approval and subsequent electronic regularization. For legacy cases (into-bond Bills of Entry prior to 01.09.2025) causing stock mismatch and blocked transactions, limited manual clearances are allowed upon submission of specified documents, including error screenshots, certified warehouse ledgers, current stock statements, prescribed forms with tracking IDs, and any other required records.
